Email when all your letters have been printed and sealed.

It depends on your order quantity, but we typically get letters to USPS within 2-3 business days of order confirmation. From there, USPS First Class mail usually takes 2-5 days to reach recipients.
For larger orders (500+ letters), please allow additional processing time. We'll keep you updated every step of the way.
Yes, we do offer certified mail! However, certified mail has specific requirements and options, so we want to make sure you're getting exactly what you need.

No minimum! Whether you're sending 1 letter or 10,000, we're happy to help. However, our service really shines for bulk mailings where the time savings and professional quality make a big difference.
It depends on where we are in the process. If we haven't started production yet, we can usually accommodate changes. Once printing or sealing has begun, changes may not be possible.

Currently, we only mail to US addresses. International mailing requires different postage and customs considerations.
